用户反馈---上海浦东供电公司应用动态增容监控系统提升配电线路供电能力


导线载流量提高10%~20%,有效缓解迎峰度夏期间线路供电能力受限问题

“10千伏对16黄楼线路最高负载电流321安,接近满载运行,但导体温度远未达到规程限定值,实际还可以增容22.7%。”8月7日,在上海浦东供电公司供电服务指挥中心大厅里,工作人员正在交流动态增容监控系统的反馈数据。浦东地区数条重载线路由于安装了动态增容监控系统,线路运行工况数据可实时传输给调度运维人员,有效缓解了迎峰度夏期间供电紧张状况。

浦东供电公司在建设世界一流配电网智能互动在线监测系统的背景下,为提高已有线路的重载送电能力及线路设备资产的利用效率,将动态增容监控系统应用于配网线路。该系统可以实时捕捉架空线载流量、温升等变化,为调度、运检人员在用电高峰期把握时机采取瞬时安全增容措施提供科学参考;能减少甚至消除在某些情况下非必要的减负荷操作,从而最大程度地确保架空线路安全、可靠、稳定运行。6月初,浦东供电公司提前开展配网重载线路综合分析,选取1条35千伏线路、5条10千伏线路作为试点,于6月18日完成了6套动态增容监控系统的安装。

动态增容监控系统由五合一增容球和监控后台组成。其中五合一增容球能够实时采集导线电流、导线温度、环境温度、周围风速、光照强度五项数据,并将数据通过无线通信网络发送到动态增容监控系统主站。监控后台根据收到的数据实时计算载流量,得出当前状态下导线的安全载流量和线路增容潜力,从而在不突破现行技术规程的前提下,指导线路运行,提高配电网线路供电能力。通过计算分析,这套系统可以将现行规定的导线载流量提高10%~20%,有效缓解迎峰度夏期间架空线路供电能力受限的问题。

在夏季用电高峰期,架空线路要承受较高负荷,部分线路容量可能接近设计最大值。以往遇到这种情况,供电公司因无法对线路承载能力做到精准判断,在负荷分配上通常要为线路容量留有充分裕度,以免线路过载造成安全隐患。为线路容量留裕度的最常用的方式是通过技术改造更换更高载流量的导线或切掉部分负荷来保障整个电网系统的安全,涉及建设周期、资金投入和经济损失等问题。动态增容监控系统可以分析线路实时数据,为调度运维人员提供增容建议,最大程度利用原线路设计载流量。

7月高温高负荷期间,在动态增容监控系统的帮助下,黄楼线在确保安全的前提下实现近满载运行10天。其他5条试点线路也在该系统的辅助下保持高负载水平运行,且线路运行情况良好。
